What A Matt Day!
My husband was dealing to different people yesterday regarding our Mortgage loan. It was funny when he told me everything about it after because when he name everyone that he talk that day, their names are "Matt". There is a time for everything
This is my heading because I believe everything has a season. I received a text message from my brother yesterday informing that one of first cousin passed away. Mexican Dishes

Boating Education
When I got here last year, my father-in-law asked me if I was interested in going fishing with him. Of course, I was interested! I thought that it was just so easy, but I was surprised when he told me I needed to get a license first. Whew! Yes, I need to have my license before I could go fishing with him. I understand that the U.S government is trying its best to inform and educated everyone who lives here on how to value the natural resources around us. As I understood, it is very important to have knowledge of what I was going to do and be aware of the possible circumstances. That's why, education is very important. This is similar with boating; you have to make sure that you know the law and are prepared for any thing that might happen. For Mom's birthday
Last weekend, Lisa, Lance and I told my mother-in-law what we want to get Gazebo for her upcoming birtday on July 27th. She was very happy with our idea, because this is what she really want to have at this time. We look online and showed to her the different styles but when we went to Academy store they were out of stock. Instead, they told us that we will wait until last Monday when the delivery truck will come. But nah! Lisa been looking ang hopping to different stores. Yesterday, we decided to order one at Home Depot but when Lisa arrive to the store to pick up our order, they don't have it! ouch..!, but they have different kind and kinda a little bit expensive than the other
God is so good! The Home Depot gave us a great deal...we paid 50% of the original price. Yes, this is what Mom going to receive on her birthday from us...! I know she will love it. All things works for good, Lisa's friend will let her drive their truck to bring this Gazebo over to Arkansas City on Saturday.

He is a gamer

So Sleepy
When my hubby came home from work yesterday, he suddenly work on our lawn mower. He change some of the parts of it, since it wasn't working properly. Of course, I was assisting him,lol. We spent like almost two hours to fix and replaced the other parts of the mower.
After we fixed, I was so excited to operate the lawn womer and mowed the our backyard. We had a nasty looking yard already. Grass grow fast since it keep raining last week. Thank God, our lawn mower is already fix, we don't need to hire somebody to mow our yard anymore. I was mowing the yard lastnight and my hubby was cutting the edges. It was fun but yeah, it was tiring as well...hehehe! But' it paid off when I look in our yard, it's clean and neat looking.

Busy weekend
We had a busy weekend and very productive as well. My parents-in-law come last Thursday and stayed the whole weekend with us. It was fun to have parents and Grandma in the house.
As always, we ran around shopping to the Sports Academy, Wal-mart, Sam's and in the mall. We were trying to find Gazebo as our birthday present's for Mom this weekend. This is what she want to get on her birthday. We let pick up what kind of Gazebo she wants. But, the style that she wanted was out of stock last Saturday. We will know if they can have today, since the Sports Academy delivery truck will come this day. We hope they have it!

Helping Others
That was our topic during our bible study yesterday. Helping others that mean that we will provide their financial needs only? Not only that, we can extend help emotionally, mentally and ablove helping them spiritually too. Listening to them when they need somebody to listen to. When they need advice, give them a good advice! When the are lost guide them show them compassion like what Jesus did.
Do not expect any return when you help somebody. As a Filipino we have the phrase called "Lutang na loob". Which not applicable in all circumstances. Helping others meaning, out of love and great compassion. Doing it all to glorify God and edify others. One of the best example of helping other will be found in Luke 10:25-The Parable of the good Samaritan.

Viagra has side effects, can you name them?
I heard on the news that many older men and women are taking Viagra to become more sexually active. I am not sure how true this is, but like other drugs Viagra still has side effects. So for those who are taking this drug, here are some of the side effects of taking Viagra:
- Common side effects - are headaches, flushing, nasal congestion and discomfort felt in the stomach after taking meals.
- Less common effects - include dizziness, pain on urination, blurred vision, rash, shock, vomiting, allergic reactions, migraines, palpitation and diarrhea.
- Rare side effects - Some other side effects such as anxiety, swelling of the eyes, convulsions, chest pains, postural hypo tension, cardiac arrest, abnormal electrocardiogram, anemia, dry mouth, rectal hemorrhage, and leucopenia could be possible, but rarely seen.
So what do you think? Can you handle those side effects? Before taking any type of pill you have to make sure you know the side effects which can be caused in your body.

The most notorious road in the world is the Via Dolorosa, “the Way of Sorrows.” According to tradition, it is the route Jesus took from Pilate’s hall to Calvary. The path is marked by stations frequently used by Christians for their devotions. One station marks the passing of Pilate’s verdict. Another, the appearance of Simon to carry the cross. There are fourteen stations in all, each one a reminder of the events of Christ’s final journey.
Is the route accurate? Probably not…No one knows the exact route Christ followed that Friday.
But we do know where the path actually began.
The path began, not in the court of Pilate, but in the halls of heaven. The Father began his journey when he left his home in search of us…His desire was singular—to bring his children home…
The path to the cross tells us exactly how far God will go to call us back.-Max Lucado.

Poor Tomatoe
"Poor tomatoe", the line I always heard listening from veggietales story. But, anyway I just want to share with you about this tomatoe plant in our pot. Actually, my mom-in-law gave me this tomatoe. When springs come this year I was asking her when and what is the best plant I'm going to plant in our garden.I had a hard time to figure out when is the best time for me to plant. You know the season here it's too different where I came from. My hubby thought that it's better that we will not touch our backyard yet and we will wait until next spring to plant something in there. So, my mom-in-law gave me this tomatoe in the pot, and now start bearing fruits. Lance and I ate the first 2 fruit that we picked from that little plant. Poor Tomatoe- trying to survive alone and produce the best fruit it can be,lol. I think I need to put more fertilizer on it.

Mango Shake
It's time for mango shake. Last friday my parents-in-law were here and they spent the whole weekend with us. I didn't go with them shopping that day. I was thinking I don't them to buy me something at this time,lol.Yeah, going to the mall/store you get tempted of so many cute and pretty items. To avoid spending money, better to stay at home.
