When we drove on the way home this afternoon there's a white car infront of us. I love her plate name "YESLORD". I turned to my hubby and said that has a poweful two word I read today. How's your Thanksgiving?
Days flies to quick now "Thanksgiving holiday" this year is over. As always, I had a great time seeing, meeting our relatives. I saw new faces again this year. We all had a blast Thanksgiving party at our Grandma Watson house. Our family from Texas, Lousiana and other part of Arkansas came and joined us.
I noticed that our family is growing every year. We have new family added this year and we have upcoming baby again next year. Of course, we had bunch of food and they were all great. Our family loved to cook and they will feed you more than you want. Who could resist all yummy, delicious and tentalizing food? My father-in-law deep fry the turkey and chicken, they were all delicious and because I like it he will do it every year now. The kids were happy to see their cousins and played. Our family are loud and I love it-hehehehe!

Thinking about Thanksgiving
I'm counting the remaining days before the "Thanksgiving day". I'm ready for a break, be out in the house and see the family. I want to go home at my parents-in-law place and enjoy the country place.

Friday Dinner
Last Friday evening our Pastor and his wife invited us for dinner at their house together with Poyner's family. They just want to show appreciation for us who help in the ministry inside church especially for Dan and Lance who have been in praise and worship band for almost 10 years.
Nancy prepared great food: broil steak, mashed potato, ginger bread, brocolli and vegetables salad with poppy seed dressing. I can't believe how much I ate that night but I can't help it those food are awesome. She also baked apple pie for dessert. I love Nancy cooking, she made almost everything from the scratch. She even made her own bread and were delicious.
We had a great time together as they shared their skeing experienced. They challenge me to try to ski in the future when everybody are ready to go again. The funny was when Bro. Gene said that let's put our money who's gonna try going to the slope "Monica or Mimi"?. Dan quickly respond I'm gonna put my money on Mimi. He know I have the guts to try new stuff... I rode with them when we had the state fair last month here. But, anyway it was a wonderful get together we had last friday. We watched the last man standing movie but we were only half way through it my hubby need to come home and rest. He was sick for couple days last week and he need more sleep to get his strength back.

Saturday? not bored at all...
Most every Saturday, my hubby have a music practice at his bestfriend place. When he starts packing up his guitar and some stuff I always said, Saturday again-boring!. Why is it boring...,he asked. Because your going to leave me in the house. Well, c'mon come with me.
There's no place like home as always. I rather stay at home because I can do what I want to do. Actually, I choose to stay home to play games too. When my hubby done with their music stuff, he called and letting me that he was coming to get me. He plan to take me to the movie theather but I refused. I want to go to the mall and check out the sales.
I was so excited to see the dresses I want that marked down. I can't help it and tried on and decide which I wanna get. My hubby assured me that I can have all I want. Well, I remind him I kept my birthday money for those dresses. I want to get some more that's why I waited this long to spend those money I got. Just being smart idea...lol. Yup, I got 6 dresses. My hubby bought more shirts for himself and for our 2 uncles. Dad, kinda picky about shirt so he didn't some from us tonight. That was make my saturday better and livelier,lol

Makeover
Arrrggg! I want to makeover this blogsite but my time was occupied. On my spare time I am hook on playing games online and watch my shows. Maybe, sooner or later I will have the passion to spend time messing up my blog and change the template. I want a little bit excitements and to have new design. To put a lock and key on your emotions is to bury part of your Christlikeness! We heard this saying many times - Follow your heart. When you have trouble making your decision do what your says to do. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior it will be sincere when the decision came down in our heart. That means that no matter what happen you made the decision to follow him.

Today, I open another pack and decided to write about it.I checked the manufacturing company and to my surprised it was manufactured by Barcelona, Spain. I am so sure if the owner has Filipino blood or something. It's good to know that there's a "Filipino Cookies", this help the Filipino OFW who works in Spain not to feel so much homesick. I would say I hook myself into computer games again lately. Almost everyday and everynight I play any games online. We had a great time
Last Sunday after lunch, ate Bernadeth and I seperated our ways again. It hard to let go..but we have to. That's why our husband said "no need to wait for 8 years" to meet again. As we hugged and said goodbye I almost cried. I wish they live near with us.
Now I owe her once... I guess it's my turn to fly and meet her family in Spain. Woohoo!!! Our family were so happy they came and see me. And, that made us think to go and visit their place in the very near future.I was glad they felt at home when they attended our church service this morning. Lance and I did our best to introduced them to everybody.
Anyway, I had a chance to took them to some places here in Arkansas. Because my hubby wasn't feeling good he missed our trip to Hot Spring and to the Old mill. But to made our guest comfortable and welcomed he bought some 'popeye chicken' and rented a movie for us to watch lastnight. I met her
Two months ago, I was searching and looking filipino who live in the city where I am now. I found ate Maribeth's profile and I buzz her. She was very friendly and nice person. We exchange our emails and IM. We chatted once and we talked on the phone. We planned to see each other because at that time my birthday and her birthday were approaching. But, it didn't happen.
Lastnight, when my hubby came home he told me that we should go to Wal-mart to pick some stuff. I wasn't interested at all since I wore my pajama's. He said you can wear your Pj's and put on your jacket and shoes. So, I did! While we were hopping and looking what to get I saw in a distance a familiar face. I looked and to my surprised she recognize me as well. We both running to each other and hugging. Owsss, we both excited to see each other. We didn't introduced ourselves anymore but we told our husband how we met. While we were busy, chitchat our hubby's got busy talking about just anything. We stopped and the men started a new unending conversation. We started a new topic and our hubby's stopped...waaaaa, haaaay, finally we seperated our ways with a wonderful smiles. Hope to see them soon again.

Last Saturday we sold some of our furniture when we had our garage sale. I decided that it would be a good idea start upgrading our furniture. We need a new stuff inside the house. I love the coffee tables and the two ends table we could hardly stand losing them, but we have to do it to get a better set. They are wooden tables and in a very good condition, but I was worried about when we have little ones in the house. The children could hit their heads on the table, so I came up on the decision to sell them. Too bad, only the 2 end tables were sold. My hubby was happy the coffee table didn’t go.

My friend Bernadeth is in the house
What friends are for? It takes us 8 years to meet again. My friend Bernadeth and her family based in Spain they come to United States for 4 months visit. The family who offered them a house to live in Lyndale, Texas is only 4 hours drive from us. So, we invited them to come to see our place.
This afternoon they finally got here. We both so excited to see each other. She was excited to introduced me to her husband and their son. And, I got excited them to meet my family here in Arkansas as well. My mother-in-law and Grandma Watson came up to visit us this weekend. We will have garage sale tomorrow! They are both happy to meet my friend or I'll say my friend that like my sister. We been friends for 10 years and always good to each other. She is a friend that I count, lean on and I can trust. They're gonna be with us until Sunday afternoon.

Three years ago, I was in Thailand and she was in Singapore. We both agree to meet up but our schedule conflicted. When I went to Singapore December 2005 that was the time she went home to visit here family in Philippines. And, after 2 months she got married with the spanish man in Singapore and took her to Spain. For so long, today is the day that God prepared for us to meet us again. We both have new life. She got a family and I'm married. Everything works right.
You know, as like other friends we enjoy cherishing, reminiscing the fun past. As we shared our stories how we became friends to my family they can tell how deep our friendship are. Well, we don't have any plan yet what we gonna do tomorrow after our garage sales but we can figure out later-hehehe! You have a great evening!

The Shepherd Leads
I would not deny, on the election day I was a little nervous. I don't know what's gonna happen by tomorrow. The people of America had spoken and now we have a newly elected President. What's the point? There's a lot of thought going on in my mind...but for sure God is in control! As the Psalmist David said: “He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.” Psalm 23:2 NKJV.
Our God knew what's going on in the heart of the people here in America. In all situation he proved that He is in control. He allow things to happen to each and everyone of us for a reason. For us to recognize that he is the mighty, loving, gracious God. We just hang on to His Promises!

Cough, Cough Go away!
Just annoying when I cough in the middle of hte night. Aside it woke me up and disturb my hubby too. I tried not to cough but I can't controlled. It just happen. My hubby said,that's alright you can't control when the cough happens.
I still taking cold medicine and I think it works too-- I am in the stage of healing now. Though my body still tired and what I wanna do is to sleep. That's make me annoyed. The whole weekend I slept day and night. I guess, I really have to rest for more couple days until I totally get better.

Who wants to be debt free? I'll raise my hand! I'm counting the remaining payments we have left on our credit cards. After we pay off the credit cards we will start paying off another debt, arggggggg... When we are going to finish paying all our debt? Saturday Cook out
Last Thursday evening my hubby told me that he and his friend plan for cook out on Saturday. I was surprised with their idea but at the same happy because he's gonna be around in the house. They want to do something new they said. They been practicing their music every Saturday and they don't want to be worn out so cook out makes that day different.
I was wondering if they invited other men to join them. Lance said just he and Dan. Are the wives invited? I was just curious... I added. Of course, this is a family thing together. It has been awhile we didn't cook out and this will be a great opportunity for all of us to get together. True! They were writing their music and cooking at the same time. While they were grilling the steaks Monica, Emma and I went to see one of our friend. And, when we got home the food were all ready on the table. We talked, ate, drank and enjoyed company.

Sick, sick and sick!
I'm like a dog keep barking..! The weather change affected me so bad. I had a fever last Thursday evening but friday I slept all morning. My body was tired and I was sleepy. My hubby did his best to take care of me; he gave me massage, prepare my food and gave me medicine.
I was fine yesterday. In fact, I went somewhere with our friend while my hubby and his best friend grilled here in the house. I wasn't coughing hard too. But, today I keep coughing and coughing. It makes me so tired. My throat itches, when chest hurt and when I cough my head hurts. Haay, hope I will be feel better tomorrow. The coming weekend will be very busy for me. My in-laws are coming and we are having a garage sales here in the house. Also, my friend Bernadeth and her family are coming too. This will be fun and excitement weekend for me. I claim the healing of God right now. Amen!

Daylight saving time
Daylight saving time for North America (USA, Canada) will end at 2:00 am on November 2, 2008. Clocks are set back one hour, beginning standard time (which lasts until the Spring). I didn't realized that the DST begin this morning until I noticed the difference of our clock and my computer time.
I thought our alarm clock messed up again today. I called my hubby who is about to leave to church this morning he remembered about the DST. This is it, this is really it! The 5pm is kinda dark now.
