Our Fine Neighborhood

This morning I kept sneaking outside seeing our neighbor accross the street packing and putting their boxes full of stuff inside the big cargo truck. Are they moving again? Because they work in the Airforce so maybe they are assign to another locations. Sad to see them go. We only had acquintance but still we gonna miss them.
Anyway, while I'm busy messing around our doorbell rang. 'twas our friend Dan. He was checking on us (me and Emma) because he saw police cars, tv reporters, fire truck and other stuff use to rescue for something emergency. I had no clue. It was a fine, sunny day. It was a usual day for me. He said he don't know if there's any serious crime going on inside our subdivision or someone were only filming. He left my house and in few minutes he called me and told me what he found out. He asked the Police and the Police said; they found 2 bodies dead in one of the house. For some reason, as the police stated maybe the mother of 7 years old killed her daughter and after kill herself. That was very, very sad. This is the first crime happen in our neighborhood. Considered as one of the finest neighborhood in the city. Whew! Only the Spirit of the Lord can give us peace of mind and safety. I pray that God will protect us here all the time.

Wow...that's tragic! Did they find the bodies in the house across the street? I hope not kasi that's too close for comfort.

Stay safe!

Crime is everywhere, there is no safe place anymore. This tragic is rampant now adays, months ago a report of three missing kids were found in the freezer of their own home. Your enemies are just inside the home. Almost all our neighborhood are retired, but we dont trust anyone, we make sure that we have security system at home, our yard fence are lock so kids cant get out, I never take my eyes off them. Having Gods protection is really comforting but that doesnt mean we dont be careful. Hope you have a wonderful 4th of July Mimi. We were planning to go to Vine and Mark's place to enjoy their pool and cook out. Its beautiful day!
