I was driving today and I passedby a truck and has an advertisement says,we change gold to cash in Arkansas. I read, heard about it that if you have broken gold plated accessories and thinking not to use it anymore you can change money so easy through them. Maybe they also buy gold bars if you have any. I never seen gold bars personally but I'm sure it cost a lot of money when you sell.

Squeezing pad

Though I can wear most of my old clothes now but still my tummy is a little bigger. I can zip my bottoms too but I still have that annoying pochie, pochie as my husband called. My friends said that's not fat so no need of fat burner. What is this then? A left over from 40 weeks stayed of the little man inside my womb. My hubby told me to get/buy a belt or postpatrum belt to help squeezing the tummy down. My other friend testified it worked for her so I may be going to try then.

Freezing cold

Our weather is getting real. Lol. Winter is here! Though I am not really enjoying this cold weather this year but I learn to be thankful. Being thankful makes life easier. I left work at 6:30 in the morning so I felt the cold every morning. I wore to jackets, warm boots and a pair of gloves but still I feel the coldness from the air.

December is almost over though so I look forward for another couple months of cold and freezing. Usually, here in Arkansas we get snow early months of the year.

Some of my friends were asking me if I'm ready to see snow again. uh! uh! I don't! I want to get out from the house if I want and needed to even it's cold. We rarely, got snow so our car tires could not handle the slippery of the ice. When there's snow in Arkansas-we normally stay home. No work!!! No, nothing!!!

Business credit card

I scroll a job opening online few weeks ago and I emailed them. They email me back and telling me I got a big chance to get a job and what I need to do is to give/send them my latest credit scores. Because they said the job opening will let me to hold one of their business credit card to purchase stuff for the office. I asked my husband opinion about it and he told me not to do it. It might be a hoax and just want my information. Too dangerous of doing some business online. You don't know whom you can trust.

Lowa boots

Don't you wish you will give Lowa boots for your hubby this winter? They are kinda expensive but you pay on what you get. Any Luna boots it would be perfect to keep your husband, sons feet warm in this cold weather. I'm so glad that Arkansas weather is not snowing all the time. I used to love winter but after having a baby I can't take the cold anymore. Maybe because my hormone changed. Hope I will get adjusted again to 4 different season here in America.

Playing Peek-a-boo!

I have a great time everytime I came home from work. When my son saw me he was whining a little bit telling me that he misses me and please hold me mom. When our friend (his babysitter) handed him to me Johan will give me his sweetest smile. A great joy to mother's heart to see her child happy and smiling to her.

So, when we get home to the house we have moments to be alone. Sometimes we take nap together and play until my husband come home from work. I learned and discovered more of skills of my son. His ability to learn new things. Blessed to have a fast learner, growing son. He is truly the bundle of joy for me and to my husband. We can't help it but just loving him and enjoying him more and more!

Yesterday was raining hard when I got off work. I didn't bring my umbrella. I was kinda worried and hoping that the rain will slow down when I get to my babysitter's house to pick up my son. Glad God heard my prayers. It was yesterday too that I was thinking that I needed a pair of rain boots to wear during the rainy season. I think kamik rain boots it would be perfect. Blackheads

When we were teenager blackhead is one of the problem in our skin. It simply annoying because they look very nasty. I remember those time my friends and I exchanging ideas on how to remove blackheads so easy and in low cost. We were using warm water to wash our face and let the soap set for awhile. Does it works? Yes it worked! Sometimes, I used the rice cream. We soaked the rice and then pour the water in the small bucket and let it set for few minutes and then used the cream out of it. My first red pair boots

I was searching for red womens boots for a year and finally got the one I like.  For me this is unique and too different style compare to others.  Sometimes, it's hard to find a pair of shoes that we like.  With the lower price I able to buy this online last summer.  Best season to buy boots. 

Before I finally decided to buy this pair I asked my hubby's opinion if he thinks this boots would look like me.  He said "yes"!  So I ended up buying/ bidding right away.  Yes, I bought this on ebay... they are new and was shift from HongKhong.  It arrived on time as the seller said so.  So far I haven't wear this yet-dunno which clothes/ outfit would look good for this boots.  I am still sorting and looking something in my closet.

Happy Thanksgiving 2010

There are so many things to give thanks. Personally, I thank the Lord for my life. This year been a tremendous year for me and my entire family. Yes, this year I become a mommy. The greatest tasks I received from the Lord. He blessed me and my hubby with beautiful and very healthy little man. Though we are still in learning process but each day we experience God's sufficient grace.

Racing a child is not an easy task. Our son is only 6 weeks old right now but he is already a handful baby. He is pretty much advance developing his skills to some other baby. At 7 days he did his first rolled over. He can held his day since the day we came home. Now, he is on his bouncer...he loves to jump and paying attention when you talk to him. Mesmirizing the colors around him and just kind of stuff he sees. So I am grateful for what the Lord has done in my life. He is awesome God and deserved of all my praises!!!

Black Friday 2010

What is your plan for Black Friday? All my friends in little Rock/ Sherwood were asking me if where I'm going after Thanksgiving day. They meant about black friday where there are so many great deals everywhere and anywhere. Best to shop and buy for Christmas presents for friends and family. No, not this year I said. Before I took my maternity leave I started did my Christmas shopping. Though not everyone have their presents yet but I'm pretty much done anyway. Just couple of stuff need to pick up to some of the member of our family.

Cyber Monday

Hey guys' black friday is coming up. What store you are going to??? This year, I am not sure and I don't have plan to get up early and shop.  My friends here were inviting me to go with them but just can't.  We (my family) are going to spend any holiday at my inlaws place.  I would say, we are very family oriented-hehehe.  Besides, I'm a mommy now- I have to take care the little one.  Anyway check out Cyber Monday. Oily skin treatment

What a blessing that my skin is not too sensitive to any chemicals. I can use different soap, lotions, make up and etc. So glad not even had problem being oily. I had friend before that has a very oily skin. She kept putting on powder but still it didn't stop from that problem. Is there any oily skin treatment? I guess we do have now aside powder. If the symptoms and the problem getting worst better go and check with your Doctor for proper treatment and medications.

Happy Mobile

Most of the nights my hubby take some turn for me to keep our little one.  I need a breather!!! I love my son and kinda hard to leave him to our friend when I'm going back to work but there are times that I  want some "me time".    I'm fortunate that my husband giving me those some time (break!).

Now that our son is 1 month old he comprehend when you call his name and response with his beautiful smile when you talk to him.  We also heard him giggling while fallen asleep.  What a great joy to parents who heard this development to their own children.  Our son also fascinated with different colors and sounds.  One of his favorite is the mobile music that hang on his bassinette.  We put the bassinette in our bedroom using for him to sleep on at night, nap time sometimes and changing his diaper.  Oh yeah, multi-purpose and we love it.  The video above was taken while my hubby was about to change his diaper the other night.  Johan just enjoying looking those stuff toys going around while the music played.  Hope you enjoy them too as we did!

Brother printers

When I was working back in Philippines before we are using brother printers. Though kinda different from other brand that some office were using it gave us good service to those time. I asked my hubby what he thinks about this brother printers brand he said they are good. So far, I didn't know office who are still using this brand of printer since there are new has been develop and better I guess. The steel drum

My hubby have a band dou with his bestfriend. Lance (my hubby) play guitar while his bestfriend play drums. His friend kept changing, upgrading his drums almost every year. It doesn't matter the cost for him because he sell the old and replace with the new, the better they said. I remember he had steel drum. I am not so sure if he still keeping them right now since he just bought a brand new drums. They are very maticulously about their music sounds so they kept doing something on their instrument. My hubby has the same thing-though he is not buying new guitar all the time because his wife won't let him, lol. He always did something new to keep upgrade and sounds better as they said.

He's a month old today!

Time flies so quickly??? Yes!!! My son is a month old today.  I can't imagine the day I had my  first serious, surgery in my whole life.  On that day, was my first day to stay overnight in the hospital as well.  To think, I hated medical stuff.  I hated be poked those needles.  I hated to see my blood running out my veins.  But what can I do??? Everything was in procedure.

There are nights the nurses kept coming in our room checked my temperature, blood pressure and took my blood as well. What a painful days (physically). We were excited to see my son and together with my hubby's family and closes friends.  What a miracle to see God's creation that grew inside of me.  The great changed, transitions happen in my life a month ago.

Though everything is not in perfect place yet but I do believe that Johan (my son) is the greatest gift that my hubby and I received this year.  What an early Christmas presents for us.  We rejoice to know that we have family and friends around the world who prayed and keep praying for us to this day.  May the Lord abundantly bless you today and onwards.  Being a parents is not an uneasy tasks indeed God's grace is sufficient for us to do the job well as God entrusted us (our son).  

Medicine cabinets

It's very nice to have medicine cabinets at home. Like for example you are taking serious pills for your medication and you have little children at home. It's safer to keep those dangerous pills out of reach of children. My hubby and I uses one of the cabinet in our kitchen since kinda high and there's a room for all the medicine we have at home. Though simple medicines like for pain reliever, vitamins and etc. is better to put them away in safe place. I heard so many stories of children been rush in the hospital because they took the pills of their parents to left unattended in the house.  To make secure also, put safety lock on it.

Looking for Ferrari parts

What a nice to have Ferrari car, isn't it? I'm a simple person who has simple and extra ordinary dreams about some things. My hubby influence me to dream a better car in the future. Right now, I am grateful I have a car to drive to go somewhere and it's free. Who cares how my car looks like the important is it's useful and was free. The word ot the Lord truly an encouragement to our spiritual life. What a gift in Jesus to know him. My heart was heavy this morning when I woke up. Something is empty I thought. Besides, I just had a baby and they said they said most women who just had babies undergo so called prospartum depression.

Oh well, this is part of life and I am having a big transition in my life right now. Though it's tough to take care an infant at home I only take my strenght from the grace of God. I thank the Lord for renewing my strength everyday!!!

Can you feel the cold air now? Yes, yes, yes! Winter season is coming up. Yesterday, I wore my black pair of boots. I bought this pair of boots last year and I still like them. I am looking sneaker stores to buy a new pair of sneakers to wear also. I need a pair in affordable price. Does anyone of you knew where to buy signature brand and in lowe prices? Well, I guess I need to search online to look the the pair I want. I'm sure I can find many choices in here. I want something light to wear and easy to take care.

Looking good

I have friend who just had a baby boy too. Actually she had him like 2 weeks before I had mine. She posted her picture lastnight and it seems she is almost back to her size before she got pregnant. I told her she is looking good. And, it's true!!! After the recovery of having a baby I can see also the changes of my physical body. My tummy is shrinking down and I'm so excited. I'll wait after 4 weeks to take my new picture of my belly. Actually, I can wear my old clothes most of them now but it's nice to see my tummy shrink some more. I just continue breastfeeding my son so that helps to lose some of my pregnancy weight and size. I was thinking to use the band as they said but using something new I make sure that is okay. Like other products I read reviews to know more what I'm going to/ using to. johan 17 days old (tummy time)

We are trying to do what my son's Dr. was adviced. Tummy time is very important for our son. I don't know all the reason but we knows his Dr. has the right to say what is best for him. Kinda interesting at his age(2 weeks old) he can lift his head and roll. We don't know if that is normal age to start this development but we are thankful he is healthy and smart for his age. On this video, he went back laying on his back at the end.

No microphone

When my hubby came home from work in the afternoon we take our time spending with our little one. Most of the time we turn on our yahoo messeger and call my inlaws for them to see our boy activity at that moment. They were tickled and make them anxious to come up on weekends to see him. This is first and only grandchild so they are happy and feel blessed. Too bad they don't have microphone so we can't heard them. We have to call them on the phone to have a good exchange communication while viewing our webcam. Hope they can find the right one soon and that would be exciting to hear their reaction when they see the boy.

Young at heart

How time flies so quickly I'm 31 years old already. Just few years ago I kept following my mother wherever she goes. Now, I am a brand new mom to a sweet, handsome boy. Does it sounds like old? Not really! I am still young at heart. Nothing change from when I was teenager maybe-hahaha. I still ticked with romantic shows I watch or listen to the lovestory of individual couple. Besides, I don't have wrinkle on my forehead. How about you? His sweet smile

I feel cloud9 when my son responded to me with his sweet smile while I was talking to him yesterday.  At first I feel bad for not capturing his smiles and then finally I ready my camera and I god this.  He was laying on my lap just finish feeding him and he was about to fall asleep.  It feels great when the infant responded to you.  How I wish I captured every sweet moments with him.  Sometimes kinda slow-I will realize one thing after it happened.  Right now, we are working on laying on his back when he sleep as his Doctor advice.  Hope we will do good with this too.

Man is always man

Have you heard this saying "Man is always a man". This is the principle of those unfaithful men to their wives especially when they are caught cheating. They always argue that men had this needs and when their wife could not satisfy them they look for someone else. Be clean

I was rushed in emergency room last week and it was terrible, traumatic experience. It was first time in my life to feel terrible stomack pain and I could not resisted but to agreed to be run to the hospital. Those night was a nightmare for both me and hubby. I gave birth a week ago before that happen. Both (me and hubby) of our concerned was our son. But anyway, we left him to my sis-in-law for overnight and he did good. He has no choice but to take the formula milk. Anyway, I had bladder infections-hard to define what causes but thankfully I'm over with it now. I know bacterias cause a lot of problem in our body so it's good that we stay clean and use the proper cleaning stuff to kill those stubborn bacterias. The same with our colon need to have colon cleansing to make sure there's no complications and serious illness to result to serious medication. See your Doctor in regular basis.

My boy lost some of his birthweight

Yesterday was my son first pedia visit and he did a great job. The Dr said they don't have any concern about him except he lost some of his birthweight. I was suprised how he lose so much when he wanted is to eat all day. I'm praying that he gain those back in a week. The Dr. want to make sure he is back to his birthweight that he will recommend to do his first immunization in couple more weeks.

I'm the mother and you know how that concerns/bothers me. I want the best for him but my effort is not enough. What I am saying is I'm trying to breastfeed my son but I have no enough milk to supply all he needs. But I still don't lose hope.

Eat more fiber

What is the fast weight loss pills? Any idea anyone? I don't have either. I'm breastfeeding my son since he was born. The first 2 days I don't have milk and suddenly when we came home from the hospital my milk started to pour. My son is a good eater. Last monday, when my hubby rushed me to the Emergency Room we had no other choice but leave our son to my sister-in-law and let her fed him with formula. Good thing, we received free sample formula from different company. On the other hand, eating more fiber helps you loss weight.

Our boy is here

Exactly today, our son is 10 days old. We are so thankful that God blessed us a healthy and wonderful boy. We named him Johan Matthaniah pronounce as Yo'han Mat-tha-na-yah. Simply means Johan is a german name of John and Matthaniah is a hebrew name and based on one of David's musician(Singer) 1 chronicles 25:16.  The photo above was in the OR cause I deliver him with C-Section.  He is kinda bigger baby to my size.  Johan was born October 11, 2010 at 9:52am; 7 lbs 9oz 10 inches long.

This the picture the first day we went home. He was 3 days old. He was held by his grandmother (hubby's mom).  Thanks to everyone who pray for us!

She broke it

I was at friend house few weeks ago before having my baby and I was wondering what happen to their flat screen tv. My friend told me the accident that she never known that she did it. She was vacuuming their apartment one day and not paying attention that she hitted the flat screen tv behind her. It has a good damage and I'm sure it takes more money to fix than buying a new one. I suggested if they consider to replace withSamsung HDTV it would be nice. Besides, she learned her lesson and will do extra careful again next time.

Hey girlfriend, were you drank when you posted? lol That's only the question in my mind. This morning, I saw another friend, actually younger girlfriend who posted "I want it on the dresser". What's wrong with this people. I was not unhappy about it and make me delete all of those women who flirtious on facebook. Especially for their status. I could not help myself but googled and look where this status came from. We all know facebook is the most influencial networking now a days. I love facebook. So I am careful what to write on my status. Because I believe what I write it defines of who I am. Though sometimes it's not easy to change your moody to happy day. Not late for vacation yet

We'll say this way, we have a perfect weather right now. Though we are still in 90's degrees but better than we were at 100's last month. Warzone game

Have you played warzone game on facebook? Kinda fun. My hubby hooked me up last week and I like playing over and over when I have extra time. Yeah, extra time, lol. Actually I have so much time right now but I have to do some house chores too. We want to make sure that the house is ready when my son arrive.

We are expecting unending guests those days. Anyway, about this game. It challenge your ability to depend your area. Depending means you make sure the enemy could not reach in your base. You have different weapon to use to kill your opponents or to stop them to reach your base. How fun is that??? It's fun when you beat your co-players and have a higher score. I'm working on it. To be honest, I am not used of taking any multivitamins. Or will say, have maintenance vitamins because my health has problem. Hubby's stuck

I just talked to my hubby few minutes ago. He told me his car won't start. What a life and what a day. I feel sorry for him that he spent many minutes trying to start his car but still didn't work.

So thankful his sister came in and I told her the problem and she offered him a ride. I think he needs to seriously take the car tomorrow in the shop the check the problem and be done with it. I am not working right now so he can take my car tomorrow.

This is difficult when we got car's problem. It's difficult to find a ride especially when we know we don't have close friend lives close where we stranded. Hope everything's gonna be alright and the car problem gonna be fix so soon.

Stay-home-momma

That's how I describe myself righ now. I stay home since last Thursday cause my back is hurting me when I stand up very long. Working? Our health is my priority. Resting in the house and do what only I can do. My husband is very supportive and thinking my health and our son's health. He is not demanding me to make sure the house is clean when he come home in the afternoon or dinner is ready. I'm not saying I am not doing anything at all. No, no, no. I slowly doing the house cleaning. Piece by piece a day. That's me as a stay-home-momma.

Birthday bash 2010

Today I celebrate another year of God's faithfulness in my life. God is awesome-I thank Him for everything He has done in my life. I'm blessed to have so many wonderful around me. Great family and friends who continually supporting and loving me.

This year, kinda different celebration compare to the previous years when I got here in Arkansas. I spent time with Filipino friends at the Old Mill for how many hours. We decided to bring food and enjoy the fellowship to one another. Besides, it's a great place to hang out since the weather is nice and beautiful scenery.

Anyway, I had my Dr. appointment this morning before I went to spent time with my friends. Kinda not really good impression with my Doctor especially with our conversation about my labor. I admire my Dr. but I just can't understand why she is very pushy of what she think the only option is to do C-section. Where's my faith??? I asked. Thankfully, my husband was with me when I'm tired hearing and reasoning to her my hubby take over the conversation. Praise God for the peace of mind with our decision. I thank the Lord that His sovereignty will possess after all. I let God and let go!!! I'm praying that both me and my baby will be healthy as not my Doctor think about it.

I admit, lately I experiencing being forgetful. It's not me- I reasoned. I was reading the facts being pregnant that will experiencing being forgetful sometimes. Is not because we are dumb but I think the hormonal changes and my child is taking some of my brain, lol. It's part of being pregnant. Kinda pity sometimes because this is not me. Baby in the womb hiccups

This few days, I noticed and feel my baby has hiccups. Morning and night I feel it. Before I heard some of my friends that they will know their unborn child was hiccuping inside their womb. At first, I just ignored and thought it might be a constant movement. Until the other day, kinda worried a little bit because I felt more powerful constant pumping my belly. What's going on inside my womb??? Was my baby alright? Of course, I'm a first time mom and still learning everything especially through this pregnancy.

When I posted on my facebook about it one of my friend commented yes my son was hiccupping. What I'm gonna do next, I retorded. She also suggested that I need to drink a glass of water and be comfortable where I am. It works!!!. The constant hiccups keep going couple time during the day and even early morning. So I decided to do some research and learn more about it. I want to know if this is just normal. Why baby in the womb has hiccups.

I was kinda worrying a little bit if he is okay inside. Anyway, this is what I learn from doing my research about hiccups.

Hiccups can be a big worry for many pregnant women and new moms. Why does their baby have them? Is their baby in pain from them? What can they do about them? Rest assured, most of the time the baby is not in pain, and the mother is more bothered by the fact that the hiccups have appeared, than the baby is having them.

Hiccups in Utero

Pregnant women often mention feeling their baby having hiccups while in the womb and wonder what causes this. These hiccups can start in the first trimester, but won’t be felt by mom until late in the second trimester or during the third trimester. Rarely do the hiccups bother the mother-to-be, however some moms might worry that it is hurting their baby.

The exact cause of your baby’s hiccups is unknown. However, many specialists believe that your baby’s hiccups may be helping to strengthen the diaphragm muscle in order to help the baby breathe both in the womb and once they are born. In many cases your baby will have the hiccups at the same time everyday.

Not only can hiccups be felt by the mom-to-be, but it can also be detected during an ultrasound and picked up on a Doppler while at the doctor’s office for a routine visit. After a woman has been assured that these hiccups are normal and are not bothering their baby, then they become something that can be looked forward to on a daily basis, much like their baby kicking.

Hiccups After Birth

If your baby had hiccups while in utero, it is very plausible that he will have the hiccups after he is born. Some babies that did not have them in utero may still have them after birth. Hiccups can start after birth as early as the day your baby is born. Like the hiccups your baby might have had in utero, these hiccups are generally not painful for your baby.

Hiccups after birth occur when the diaphragm muscle contracts causing your baby to take quick short breaths. Normally these hiccups go away after only a few minutes. If they are really bothering you, try burping your baby more often during feedings. To get them to stop you can try to feed your baby whether you are nursing or bottlefeeding. The constant sucking and swallowing can help that muscle relax and help the hiccups stop.

Deadbolt lock

With my previous job back in Philippines  I usually run errands going to the bank.  Depositing and widrawing money.   Sometimes I exchange the dollar to Piso.  The bank employees knew me so I can go earlier to the bank or sometimes kinda late already when it was very neccessary.  Our contact person inside the bank keep their collections of the day inside the deadbolt lock.  This is the safest place to keep the money.  Only few of the worker knew the password and this is difficult to open.  Actually when the building have fire is not easy to burn all the paper money inside because it sealed properly.  So when you think you have very sensitive documents need to keep maybe deadbolt lock drawer is the best place to put them.

Digging presents!!!

Last Saturday at 1-3pm my church family and friends gave me baby shower. I really enjoy it aside from being the star of the day, I received plenty of gifts for our son. My heart leap for joy seeing those people who came all on Saturday afternoon to join me celebrate the mother-to-be. I was thrilled and tickled when my inlaws spent their weekend with us. By the way, they gonna give me baby shower again in 2 weeks.

I had no clue who could make it. I knew some people who been asking me when I'm gonna have a shower. At first, I wondering if they like me or theirs somebody who would love to attend my baby shower. I invited my other Filipina friend to come and join us.

The whole afternoon were filled of fun, food, drinks and fellowship. Though not all of them made it but some of them dropped off their presents and leave because their sons had ballgames at the same time. What do you expect when you have baby showers. Gifffftttttsssss!!! Yes! Yes! Yes! My son received all kinds of presents. I felt love and overwhelmed with joy. Finally we got so much stuff for him. Like everything we needed for a new born baby been provided. God is sooo gooood!!! He deserve all our praises and adorations. Now, we started sorting his stuff in his temporary room. Started ebaying

I shopped on online sometimes...actually, I got addicted sometimes-hehehe. Two days ago while hubby was cleaning in our spare room to prepare for our son's arrival he found one sealed packed tri color ink. He thought it would be nice if we sell it rather that throwing away. Little penny helps!!! Since our printed got busted that ink was set in the hiding place. It would not be use in my sister-in-laws printer because they have different model. We all know color printing is more attractive and emphasize. So what we did we are selling on ebay right now that piece of ink. Hope someone would bid and like it!

Restaurant job

When I started looking for a job here in Arkansas last year I could hardly find one. I'm so glad that my sister-in-law knew someone who runs the fastfood restaurant. She asked this guy if there's a way I can work with them if they needed more employees. Her friend just told her that I need to go and see him. When I got there he simply handed me the application paper for me to fill up. After that, he hired me and let me start the next day. That was quick!!! On my first day, I was watching the video about the company and learn how they do their excellent customer service. It bored me but it helps me understand what I'm going to do there. Later on, they taught me to use the cash registry and how to get the customers order. We are POS systems in the restaurant to manage the order and the payment of our customers. I love working there but later on, I decide to focus in the other job and my schooling.

Got our baby stroller and carseat today!!!

Not to mention who sent it to us...we finally received our baby stroller and carseat. The store delivered directly to our house today. I received an email from my mother-in-law last Monday informing us to watch out for stroller and carseat in 7-10 days because it's on the way. Wow, so amazing how fast it get here in Arkansas...God is faithful providing the needs of our son.

Since we are new parents we had no idea what is best carseat and stroller. We searched online and read reviews of every customers experience about the stroller/carseat they have. So glad the person who sent to us knew what is good and best for our child. She want nothing but best for our little one. I'm blessed for family and friends who are around us and thinking for our son too. Oh, the color is neutral-it's hard to find the exact color you really wanted but I do like it. My hubby and I saw this one in the store and we like it so much. So here it is!!!!

Travelling with RV

One of my husband Aunt and husband always travel with their RV. When they come up here in Little Rock and we got a chance to visit them we did it. We often grilled out, chitchat, walk in the park or do some garage hopping on some Saturdays. They own a nice RV which make them convenient on their long travels and safety home. Flash Art Photography

My friend at work just started her photography business.  She was looking for models who will help her promote her photography skills and artworks.  It's good thing I got pregnant when we became good, good friends.  She asked me if I'm willing to be the preggy model. I love to be in the picture and I said "yes"!.

When I told my husband about it he never had problem for me to doing photoshoot with my friend.  He agreed and accompany me when we took this outdoor picture.  Besides, he was convinced to be on some of my pictures too.  That was a great experience and working in the different field at the same time.

I think my friend did a great job.  Actually she didn't handed me all the picutes yet.  She has to do some editing and whatever things to make it look more better I guess.  This is one of my favorite picture and she took. I was 28 weeks and 4 days at that time. 

Was funny because while she was taking my pictures my son kept moving all over my belly.  She was amazed how active my baby boy is.  I'm looking forward for another preggy photography session to one of our friend from church soon. 

Baby announcements

Do I need to work on baby announcements? Well, pretty much everybody knows that my hubby and I are expecting a baby boy this October 10th. God is so gracious to us for giving the desires of your heart. I am thinking that we will send out baby announcement later on after our baby's born. Hopefully I will remember to do it or remind my in-laws to do it for me. They are proud as we parents. They are looking forward to see their first grandson. So funny how my father-in-law keep thinking and dreaming what our son gonna do when he is going to visit his grandparents. My Father-in-law thought we gonna haller the boy out the soybeans field since he raise soybeans every year. They can't wait to play with their grandson soon.  What I'm gonna say, 76 days to go!

Upgrading my computer memory

Thank God I don't have major problem with my laptop lately but sometimes there's a blue screen appear and suggested that I need to re-install the windows. How that can be? My husband been working this laptop 2 years ago when crushed. Actually he upgraded my computer memory. It works great and fastest that used to be. He added more memory bytes to store more files especially pictures. For now, everything works perfectly. I had no problem doing my online class this summer and doing some research work. Hope it will lasts longer than I thought it would be.

Oh, what a red?

It has been awhile I stopped shopping online.  Because once you've done you want to do it over and over.  Well, I checked ebay what they have the other day and guess what I found...a nice pair of red boots.  I showed to my hubby and he said it looks like you.  I was get excited and I asked him if I can bid? My hubby was very polite and thoughtful and said yes baby.  Without further adieu I did it.  And, no one bidded until the bidding was over 2 nights ago.  It's not bad for a brand new pair of boots $19.99?  Shoot!

I paid the next morning since I was already in bed when the bidding was over.  And, hopefully I receive from mail next week since it takes 5-7 days shipping from where the seller's at.  As what I said, when you start shopping online you will find another deal.  Hope I win another pair of boots tonight.  I am waiting for the bidding to be over in less than 30 minutes. I think I can wait till then-ha.  Hmmm!  The other pair is so different and I've been wanting this like forever.  With the reasonable price I found...I'm gladly to have it so soon.  If this is mine..it's mine!

What weight loss products that work? I don't really have no idea which is better and not. I read a lot of commercial about weight loss pills and no one proved it to me that they actually lose from there. I read testimonials online with people who are taking weight loss pills and they said it works for them. There are celebrities who are promoting and they said they were taking them and help them achieve the weight they are wanting for a long. I guess, you have to try what is the best for you and consult your doctor for more details about it.

What smoke can do to you

My co-worker husband was admitted in the hospital few weeks ago. He was feeling nausea, heartburn and had a difficult breathing. Anyway, he had so many health problems before and try to ignore it. He was rushed in the emergency and they found a blockage to his heart was about 80%. So glad they made him to hospital before it's too late. After few days been the hospital and undergoe surgery they went home and he start lite his cigars again. That cause him to go back in the hospital for losing his breath. I think he finally decided to quit smoking to avoid going back ang forth in the hospital

Get rid of belly fat

Oh sorry, I'm pregnant I don't know if this fats that my belly is getting big. Probably is my son-he he he. Our friends tease me that I got an american baby in asian body. I guess they are true...my baby is getting big each day. Now, my navel is poking out. My son is pushing my navel out to make himself a room inside my little belly. I'm praying that it's all about baby that my belly is getting big because it's hard to get rid of belly fat after the pregnancy as many said. I think I have to limit eating carbs, ha. I'll start it today.

Watermelon, yum!

They always said, no other fruit says summer like the subtly crunchy, thirst quenching watermelon. Although watermelons can now be found in the markets throughout the year, the season for watermelon is in the summer when they are sweet and of the best quality.

As a member of the Cucurbitaceae family, the watermelon is related to the cantaloupe, squash and pumpkin, other plants that also grow on vines on the ground. Watermelons can be round, oblong or spherical in shape and feature thick green rinds that are often spotted or striped. They range in size from a few pounds to upward of ninety pounds.

I've been eating watermelon this summer..it quench my thirst aside from drinking water and my tummy filled up too.  To fight my thirst and hungry..watermelon is the best food.  I remember 5 years ago when I was in Thailand watermelon is my favorite fruit over there.  They are sweet, juicy and satisfied my humid days. 

I'm so glad I got pregnant all the way summer that I can have my watermelon in very low price.  I know, many told me that I will be all the heat this summer since I am pregnant but never regret all the fruits and vegetables are available on summer days.  Fight your thirst this summer- watermelon!

Wrinkle Cream

When women begins the aging stage...begins to deal with wrinkle skin. The face and around the eyes started first then going down to the face. Isn' that great that there's wrinkle cream available in the store. No hassle you can just pick up from the aisle store. I'm not sure how effective are they to help your skin minimize the wrinkles but I believe it helps. So women, don't worry when you see the wrinkles around your eyes...deal with it with wrinkle cream.

My job is to look stuff that are going down each cycles. They all us the markdown people. The lower prices depends in our hands. My hubby always told me I got a perfect job because I love to have great deals. Anyway, we are using scanners to scan each tickets of the items in the store. What the Home Office said it's markdown-so that's all are markdown. I'm not sure if we are using Symbol LS2208 model for our scanners but we have scanners that we are using at work. Though I am using the little scanner right now since the big one was broken and they didn't fix yet.

She is glowing as always

I'm working in retail store right now and obviously we get familiar with our permament customers. There was one lady who came to the store dressed up all the time and looking good at her age. She is a retired teacher as she said and she stay home now. shopping helps her to avoid the boredom. Tjmaxx store is her favorite store because she can find stuff in good quality but in reasonable prices. Anyway, back to her look I'm sure she is using some eye wrinkle creams to minimize the wrinkles. She said she is getting old she feel in her body and her skin. But at her age she is beautiful!

Natural Beauty

When I was little my brothers always told me to avoid wearing make ups. What's wrong about wearing them, I insisted. They said natural beauty is beautiful and if you are not used of wearing make up you will not worry about wrinkles so soon. I followed their advice thought they are correct. At 30, I still look younger and my skin are so soft. Of course, no need to wear any best eye cream to cover the wrinkles on my face. No for aging stage!

Nap time

Lately, I love to take a nap in the afternoon. Actually, my body and eyes are asking for it. If I get the chance I take advantage of sleeping in the afternoon. But sometimes, my schedule kinda tough since I still have assignments need to be done.

Today, I got my afternoon nap and it helps me feel good. Besides, my son is also taking his nap when I took mine...he he he he. I'm praying that I don't have problem putting my son in bed in the future. I saw many parents who struggle especially for their first child bedtime. My hubby and I need to be consistent about this that we will not have trouble like others do.

Don't want to take many pills

I hate taking pills. But there are some cases that I have to take pills because I'm in pain and or very, very sick. Now, that I am pregnant I avoid to get sick and take even medicines that prescribe of my Doctor that is safe for pregnant woman. I love my son and I don't want to take chances.

One of my friend told me that when she was pregnant with all her kids she started having acne problems. I didn't asked if she was taking acne pills during or after her pregnancy. I'm so blessed not to deal with those problem.

My summer class

Trying to finish all my classes soon so I decided to take one class online this summer. I love the materials, book and the information I learned from this class but I just don't understand my teacher. I tried to follow what he said but he will not give me full score on every assignments. Not just me who is having a problem but also my classmates. This class is one of the important class in the degree that I am pursuing. I am thinking to finish my associate degree and hopefully all my classes it would be online also. There are accredited online degrees and hopefully I can chose which I'm going to in the future.

Refreshing weekend

This picture was taken during the memorial weekend.  Our church organized a camp to Spring River, Arkansas. That was my first camping experience where we  slept in the tent and deal with your crazy, loud neighbors.  What's up with this people, I asked.  Yeah, we are in the public places so I could not demand extent privacy. 

I was 21 weeks pregnant too in this picture.  My belly was start showing off and each day is growing. My boy is getting so big and my hubby and I are both happy with it.  He's gonna make us family soon.  Anyway, that's a river and was cold at that time because that was around 7pm.

Insurance quotes

My friend and I were talking about our health insurance policy yesterday. I realized that every insurance have different policies and covered. When my husband attached me to his insurance we don't need to pay extra because his insurance could cover his wife and children.

Her husband and a teacher and as I understand they could be attach to his insurance if they add another $400 a month. Oh, that's a lot of money but that's what it is here. So they are calling and asking their insurance why they were charge with their last visit to the Doctor. I'm so glad our insurance quotes is worth what we paid.

Smoke Free

When I went to school last week I saw the ads that smoking is no longer allowed in the campus. Is this true? It's a priviledge for me who a non-smoker. I hate the smoke for sure. Besides, is unhealthy for people who sniff the smoke. I found this electronic cigarette and I think my cousin's will crack this up. He will enjoy to have this one while he is on board.  He is a seaman and he is on the boat all the time.  Hope he could come and see me and I can show him this.

It's a boy!

We find out last Wednesday that we are having a baby this October. This is our prayers...God is faithful who answerred our prayers! The whole family are rejoicing for the greatness of our Lord in our lives. Who can fathom the depth of His love? No one!

Once again, this blogsite was renewed a day after it expire. I'm so glad they are giving me 19 days of grace period to totally wipe off my blogsite. Good thing I checked the next day and when I realized I could not get into my blogsite I'll do my best to remember the procedure on how to renew again even was late.

This blog still alive

Well, I am occupied for so many priorities like work and school. This blog it seems rejected for a long time. I'm trying to give you update from here but I failed. I had tons of homework and I was been pregnancy sick for many months too. So here we go again- I'm back.

I had no plan to abandoned this blog so far. But anyway, I think i need to use this blog to make money again. I just started a new blog which I can use to update you all with my pregnancy and for our child. I will give you the link later. After this summer class I am pretty much free since I only be working and wait for due date. Until next time folks!

A size of Sweet Potatoe

I'm in my 18 weeks of pregnancy now. Wow, that's so amazing!!! I'm almost half-way there. My hubby and I are reading more about pregnancy stage and on the 18 weeks our child is at the size of sweet potatoe. Isn't that something?

I feel our child moving everyday now-that give me excitement and anxious to find out what we gonna have. Yes, we have preference what we want to have first but we are thankful for healthy baby.  I'm ready to start putting up my baby registry soon.  My hubby and I don't have any clue how to be parents but we trust God to direct us and take care our cares. 

Well, my tummy is growing big everyday and I feel the difficulty in sleeping at night too.  I also have difficulty even in setting down.  So as possible I do my exercise everyday-it works and helps!

First Baby picture

Last week of January I started feeling tired, nausea all the time. I told my hubby what I felt and we both suspected maybe I am pregnant. We waited to take the test because I am expecting my period to come in the next week. A week passed but my period didn't late and I became sicker and sicker everyday. I choose to be quiet at work and school. And, reasoned that I am tired. Well, that's true!

When I took the pregnancy test for the first time it seems not too clear. So I asked couple friends about it and like my hubby they suggested that I should take pregnancy the second time. In couple days, I took the test and this time it prove that I am pregnant.

My hubby and I decided to tell everyone after my Doctor appointment. We don't want to disappoint especially my in-laws. They are waiting for a long time to have a grandbaby so we want to make sure everything is right. It was last Wednesday was my first Dr. visit. They send me to the ultrasound room and there we saw the baby inside my womb. The nurse let us hear the heartbeat too. Both hubby and I were excited and tickled. We can't wait to finished my examination we called my mother-in-law. She was shocked at first and doubt maybe Lance was telling her a joke. My hubby passed the phone to me and confirmed to my in-laws. She was laughing, I feel her excitement and announced on Facebook.

On that day, we shakenned the world. It was a great news for everybody especially for both of our families, relatives and friends in Philippines, US and other part of the world. God's time is always a perfect time! My Doctor said, my due date will be on October 10th. The picture above that's 8 weeks old ultrasound. That's our first baby picture.

Glory, Honor and Praise!

2010 has finally come! Glory to God! I can't stop praising God for giving me another year to celebrate his goodness.

Year 2009 was one of the fabulous year to me and my hubby. Spring, I went back to school took accounting 1 and document processing classes, paid off our credit cards, celebrated our 3rd year anniversary in Branson, Mo with his family.

Summer, I was in school again took accounting 2 and US history before 1877. Started looking for a job. Yes, I got not just one job but two jobs. Lance- he is thankful to have a steady job and income in the midst of tight economy. He was enjoying taking and fetching me to school when I have my class. Grateful to have awesome managers.

Fall, I took Manager accounting and Math application classes. I enjoyed my busy schedule working two jobs, going to school, teaching kids at church, and took care my hubby. My hubby and I bought our bedroom suit and paid off last December. We thank God for His provision! Guess what, I got my driver's liscense too. It seems impossible for me to get my liscense because I really don't have time to practice since I got my driver's permit. But, as what the scripture says, "In His time He will make all things beautiful! Now, I'm enjoying driving around and hang out with my friends more often.

I'm looking forward to enjoy another year of prosperity, blessed, fulfilled with the love of my creator! Have harmonious relationship with my hubby and both of our families. Glory, Honor and Praise belong to Him!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
