I have an Iron defiency. Two years ago I felt my body need food that rich in Iron vitamins. The iron tablets helps but lately the tablets not enough to supply more iron in my body. I need to eat more food that has iron in it. Here are the symtoms of iron deficiency:
- Pale skin color
- fatigue,
- irritability
- dizziness
- weakness
- shortness of breath
- sore tongue
- brittle nails
- decreased appetite (especially in children)
- headache - frontal.
Most of the symtoms I have lately and I am seriously motivate myself to eat those foods that rich in iron. If you have some of this symtoms, you can tell your doctor or do some research online yo find out what kind of food can get some iron.
