In two days, I started eating food that rich, rich in iron. I started with brocolli. I was very sick (dizzy, headache, out of focus) when I called my hubby and he remembered we bought brocolli and we didn't eat yet. I put in pyrex bowl and cover with a lid and put in microwave for 3 minutes. I added a litte water and salt to taste. When it was cooked I eat plain and drink with a glass of grape juice.
When taking an iron vitamins or eating food this will become more effective if we eat or drink along with food that rich in vitamin C. Grape juice contents more Vitamin C. I had brocolli in my breakfast yesterday too. I may have again for dinner tonight. Lol. Tomorrow I will have spinach...
