Apple juice boosts brain function

I always heard "An apple a day keep the Doctor's away". But one of my friend added, "If the Doctor is cute, never mind the fruit" ,lol. Well, I am not really sure about that. But a lot of research been done and they said the same think. My friend and I discussing about what nutrients that kids can get from apple juice. So I do this research and found the very neccessary facts. Here's the article:

Animal research from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) indicates that apple juice consumption may actually increase the production in the brain of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine, resulting in improved memory. Neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine are chemicals released from nerve cells that transmit messages to other nerve cells.
