I found this announcement on my 'Blogger Dashboard'. There will be schedule outage at 4:00Pm PDT to all blogger users. I'm not sure how long this will lasts but hopefully only for few minutes. If you have problem accessing your blogsite, don't worry the google are going to do some maintenance.
Again, Blogger will be unavailable Tuesday (8/5) at 4:00PM PDT for about 10 minutes for maintenance.
