SouthWest Rolls Recipe

I haven't make this recipe yet. Last Saturday, Monica included us for a dinner and she made this SouthWest Rolls. My hubby really want me to have a copy of this recipe that I could make it at home. Lol. I love it too. You can try in your home too.

Ingredients:
1 Red Pepper, Finely chopped
1 Can of Southern Style Beans
1 Can of Rotel
1 Package of Shredded Cheese
3 Chiken Breasts, Chopped to Bitesize Pieces
1 Package of Frozen Corn
2 Packages of Tortillas

Preparation:

Sautee chicken in a medium frying pan. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Put in strainer. Empty can of beans, can of Rotel, and chopped red pepper. Stir all ingredients together. Next, spread out tortillas. Put about two tablespoons on mixture in the center of tortillas and dash on a handful of shredded cheese. Fold both left and right side of tortillas to the center, without touching. Then roll from the top to bottom. Fill baking pan with all tortillas, drizzle a little shredded cheese on top, and baake for 10-20 minutes on 300. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
